See more about this pub on WhatPub, CAMRA's national pub guide.

This 15th century timber framed pub is well known for its cuisine. The bar contains some fine high backed settles. There are two bedrooms (b&b). It's situated just a mile from the famous Maltings which is a popular local concert venue. Most of the meat on the menu is reared on-site and a lot of the vegetables are grown by the landlady on her allotment. Steak nights once a month and folk nights last Thursday each month. Darts & cards available.
