A timber framed pub with quarry-tiled floors and a separate restaurant. The bar also features a wood-burner and a real fire. There are regular themed food nights and regular music nights including Jazz on the first Sunday of every month and unplugged acoustic sessions every third Tuesday of the month. Monthly Quiz nights are held on the second Tuesday. A beer festival held in August. There are plans plans to add a shop and other facilities. IT IS ADVISABLE TO BOOK FOR FOOD IN ADVANCE. The pub is run by a community-interest company on behalf of the village and is located at the far-western edge of the village, almost in Little Finborough.
