The Arcade Tavern is a stylish and quirky multi-roomed café bar, with a traditional wooden interior, close to the Corn Exchange. It has an emphasis on craft beers (keg and canned), but also serves two changing cask ales on handpump and a very large selection of imported bottled beers. A wide range of gins is available and artisan coffee. There is no house food but the bar hosts "street food Fridays" in conjunction with various other local traders - see the website for details. There are sizeable external heated seating areas and 2 function rooms - one often used for product launches the other more private events on the first floor.
